Owned and operated by celebrated St. Barth restaurateurs Jonas and Alexandra Millan, Juvia is inspired by Miami’s cultural diversity and will beautifully blend the city’s natural beauty and cool, Deco landscape. Surrounded by Lincoln Road’s sizzling, cosmopolitan vibe and unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean and South Beach’s famed Art Deco District, the ambiance exudes understated luxury. Overseeing the kitchen is a trio of talented master chefs: Sunny Oh, Laurent Cantineaux and pastry chef Gregory Gourreau.
