MAY 5: All Kids Included Family Arts Festival

The 12th Annual All Kids Included Family Arts Festival provides a full day of activities and cultural experiences for children with and without disabilities! The event will feature kid-friendly Main Stage shows include The Gruffalo and America’s Got Talent’s Mandy Harvey. Admission is free.

MAY 5: Cinco de Mayo

Celebrate Mexico’s independence all over Miami. Put on your sombreros and break out the Tequila for a Cinco de Mayo fiesta to remember. Join over 8,000 festival goers to listen to Miami’s top DJs perform in Downtown Miami between the W Hotel and Bank of America.  

MAY 11: H.O.T. Challenge Golf Tournament

Golf tournamentThe Hospitality Open Golf Tournament (H.O.T.) takes place at the famous Miami Beach Gold Cub and helps raise money in the form of scholarships for men and women of African heritage seeking a career in the tourism industry.

MAY 11-13: Rolling Loud Festival

This three-day hip-hop festival features some of the biggest names in the music industry including Future, Travis Scott, and J. Cole. The event will take place at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Garden.

MAY 12: New Times Brew at the Zoo

Head out to the Miami Zoo for an evening of live music with 100+ unlimited local, international, and craft beers to enjoy. This is where you want to be to celebrate national beer day!

MAY 13: Mother’s Day

Miami has your Mother’s Day covered. Celebrate this special day with a Moonlight Concert at Coconut Grove, watch a movie at SoundScape Park at the New World Center, or delight mom in a Garden Brunch at Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden.

MAY 18: Justin Timberlake Concert

Join Justin at the American Airlines Arena in Downtown Miami for his Man of the Woods Tour. Come early and enjoy the arena’s new waterfront restaurant, bar, and lounge!

MAY 19: Haitian Compas Festival:  

This is one of the top 10 outdoor festivals in the nation. This event is a staple in the Haitian community, and this year the Haitian Compas Festival will celebrate 20 years of music.

MAY 18 – 20: Redland International Orchid Show

MAY 24 – June 24: Out in the Tropics

With performances in Miami and Miami Beach, this event will feature a wide variety of performances at many local venues such as The Gleason Room at The Fillmore and Centro Cultural Español. The artists will present their work addressing many issues ranging from sexuality to politics and beyond.

MAY 24 – 28: Sizzle Miami

America’s #1 Urban Circuit Party celebrates the LGBT+ community with five days and nights of the hottest events in town. Enjoy the sizzle aboard a yacht or on the beach, or hit up a dance club.

MAY 26 – 27: Arid and Sea Show and The Musical Explosion

This two-day event that will showcase and honor all five branches of the US military with extreme water sports, stunts, and jet flyovers. The event will also feature a live concert.  

MAY 28: Memorial Day

Finish the month off with a variety of events and activities to remember our men and women in uniform. Every venue and restaurant will feature a special celebration, make your reservations soon!
